Time system variable adding an extra hour

Dear good morning, I am using the Time system variable but the Report is adding an extra hour as you can see in the attached images, what to do in this scenario?

Hello, now I understand the report uses the date and time of the server where it was installed, can you tell me if there is any configuration or something we can do in this scenario?
