Condition Not Working

I have set a condition to highlight when a qualification as expired but it is not highlighting it and it is saying that it is current, have I done something wrong?

Hello,
We couldn't use the sent data in your report.
Also, it is not possible to use data source column in the Condition for the Cross-Tab, only "value" and "tag" variables may be used
