reporting grouping is lost

All lignes of report result are showing in one block only
Grouping exist in the report
When we delete the grouping and create report with grouping with sames settings it's working fine, but broken after retries.
We are using release 2013.3 and could not used new one
We wish to know how to fix this, if it's an issue with parameters or if it's a known issue (fixed maybe in new release)
This is quite "random" and so we dont have by now a screenshot of issue.
In attachment a picture of the settings.
