Report starts a new page too early

I'm trying to generate a PDF report, but Stimulsoft is putting my data on a 2nd page even when it would still fit in my 1st page.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Maybe it's because of my weird page size? (I'm trying to make something printable to a ticket)

Thanks, but requirements are that the Footer band has to retain the size it had when designed. Can you explain why this can't be done with CanShrink=false ?

Hello,
In your reprot, for Footer are set CanShrin=false and CanBreak=false. In that case, the last records is placed on the second page.
