Stimulsoft Version: 2020.5.2
I activated options.appearance.reportDisplayMode = 'Div'
designer is ok
viewer does not work

The issue is fixed. The fix will be available in the next release build.
Also, should be
appearance.htmlRenderMode = Stimulsoft.Report.Export.StiHtmlExportMode.Div;
