Can Break false does not work on DataBand

Hi,
I set Can Break to false on my data band and it seems does not work
Properties of my databand:

How I see on my tab's Preview:

I use the 2020.4.1 version:

When I update to 2021.3.1 version:
- Screenshot_4.png (15.19 KiB) Viewed 3334 times
Can you tell me what could be happening?
