Reports with overlength Bands always wrong

When i open a Report with overlength is activated
Footerband always in middle of Report. Also inactive Databand on wrong place
When i deactivate and activate overlength the Bands are on right place
After this Footer Band is on right place

The same error occurs with me, i don't know what to do, this is so annoying...

Hello,
currently I use the newest one from 07/22.
The error occurs for me with every single report. It doesn't matter whether I edit an old one or create a new one, every single one has this error.
