Interactive Reports: hyperlink behavior not working as expected in BUI

1.Using sample data, generate the 'Commercial Credit Memorandum' report in html5
2.Click on the '?' icon next to the 'Funding Table' heading on page 1
Expected: a new browser tab should open with the hyperlink url site.
Actual: The hyperlink url gets opened in the same window where the user had Web Application open. Navigating using 'back' in the browser gets the user to the reports tab and the user needs to regenerate the report and loses any data that may have been edited before the hyperlink was clicked.
Observation- After generating the report, in html of the icon the 'target' attribute is missing which is causing the link provided in href to open in the same tab whereas it is expected to open in new tab.
