I need to hide Band, when field in another band is empty

you can use conditions to hide components in your report.

I have seen that tutorial but i could not find condition "empthy" there ate null, begin, end etc. There for i colud do nothing with condition. Also i try to find how to remove white space in this cases it was not seccuesful
