Two datasets in one report, how to achieve it?

Hi all,
We want to design an Invoice report, the report has two datasets, the first one is responsible for the invoice information such as invoice id, date, total etc..
The second dataset is responsible for the item data i.e item name, price, VAT, etc.
How we can do that in the designer, and how can we pass the data properly by the code (C#).
Is there any available example, please?
