PDF damaged after upload and download

We are using Stimulsoft Reports 2021.2.4 with Sage Office Line to create PDF documents like invoices. We are uploading the PDF invoices via webbrowser (Windows Firefox and Chrome) to a few marketplaces like Anazon or Mirakl. After downloading these PDFs from these portals the file is damaged and cannot be opened correctly. This happens to about 3 out of 4 invoices - not always. Before uploading we checked the PDFs and they are okay. The file size is smaller after upload and download, eg. 373 KB instead of 487 KB. Everything was working fine until October. What can we do? Can we send you 2 PDF files as sample before / after download?
