Problems to download reports

Hi,
I have problems when downloading a repórt.
I can perfectly see the report in the PC (using reports.web) but when I try to download it I get a blank page where only the footer apperars. Please find attache an example both in PDF and PPT (in PPT you will see outside the page part of the header, with incomplete information).
It was working some time ago, but after the recent version updates it seems that there is something incomplete in my process.
What should I do?

Please send us a sample report with test data that reproduces the issue for analysis.
Also, please clarify how do you download reports?

Hi,
I keep on having the same problem: I can see the report page with the data but when I donwload it I get a blank page.
I found a trigger for this behavior: when I add a filter in the databand, it has this problem. If I remove the filter, the report can be downloaded OK.
I am attaching 2 examples:
- Report_with_databand_filter: in this case the downloaded report is blank
- Report_without_databand_filer: in this case the report is downloaded OK
Note: to open the report page from the initial dashboard page, click on any value of id column (this is is then used as a filter in the report databand)
Please let me know what to do.
