How can I format the chart legend like what I have attached?

* Legend 1 * Legend 5
* Legend 2 * Legend 6
* Legend 3 * Legend 7
* Legend 4

Sorry, I wasn't clear in my question.

UPDATE:
I want my legend marker to be square shaped, mine is sliced-pie shape.

I know it depends on the type of chart used, square for columns and sliced pie for pie charts.
I just want my legend marker to be square shaped even my chart is a pie.

How can I remove the border of the legend and arrange it from left to right then wraps as per image attached [Package Status].

And in my Awarded Contracts chart, how can I put count and the bottom on top of Argument Data Column? (Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers and Total)
