Text Format Dialog For Chart in Report JS

Hello, i want to know if I can open Text Format dialog to config my chart setting.
I remember can open it a while ago, but i forgot how to do it.
It will be nice if you can help me

If you mean the text format dialog for the value or argument for the chart. It can only be shown in the dashboards.
