How can the chart grow when Legend count exceeds 2, say 9, without changing the value of Chart > Legend > Columns and chart won't shrink. I want the first chart (Contract Package Stage) to be the same size as the second chart (Procurement Awards)

The Legend text has been cut, how to make it wrap and chart's height automatically grows without shrinking it?
