simultaneous "render to" and "shrink font to fit" properties (part 2)

Good day!
I found topic discussed my problem: viewtopic.php?t=49821
Could You give example how set "Render To" for the "IsFirstPass" and "shrink font to fit" for "IsSecondPass"?
P.S.
My purpose:
1. Text displays in the yelllow block.
2. If text is too large for the yellow block, part of text displays in the green block.
3. If text is too large for the green block too, we less the font of the text in yellow block and green block until text displays whole.
There is my current variant on the attachemt image. But it' wrong.
