Add QR Code to Sencha

I think this is a fairly simple use-case, but I am not sure how to add this into a Sencha panel. Are there any examples of this being done? All I am looking to do is create a single QR code that can be added to the Panel. Is this possible? Are there examples of this? Basically, the entire report would just be one QR code.
