Using New page Before with Group Band

Hi,
The heading information is in group band. I set the New page Before property is true for Group Band. I want to show the heading information in all pages. The first page is working fine. But the other pages are not aligned correctly. How can i achieve this.
We have enclosed the image and test report file.
