GS1 Datamatrix

Hello,

I'm trying to create a GS1 Datamatrix for our product labels. I've put a barcode field with the following information:
(01)0{Result.Article_UDIDI}(17){Format("{0:yyMMdd}", (Result.ManufacturingOrder_PlannedStartDate.AddDays(Result.Article_ExpireDays)))}(10)A{Result.ManufacturingOrder_CodManufacturingOrder}
In the Stimulsoft Documentation, it appears:
For compatibility of the DataMatrix barcode with GS1, you should to do the following:

- Set the Process Tilde property to true;

- Add the prefix ~FNC1 in the Code field. For example, the expression will be like this: ~FNC1{your_datasource.field_name}.
I've tried this but doesn't work. The customer says that he can read the Datamatrix, but it's not a GS1 Datamatrix.

Is there no option for a GS1 Datamatrix?

I've got the 2022.2.4 WPF v2, .NET 4.5.1 version. The software is executed in our ERP software from the distributor.

The guideline for GS1 Datamatrix is here:

Thanks a lot!

Hello,

Yes, the actual barcode is a Two-Dimensional > DataMatrix. Is a Datamatrix, but is not compatible with GS1 standard. In the Stimulsfot Documentation it says that it can be made compatible with the code "~FNC1{your_datasource.field_name}" but it doesn't work.

Thanks!

Hello,

I've been investigating about this. I've downloaded an app to check the barcode with GS1 standards. I've found a web to generate GS1 Datamatrix online also.
The data I need to put in barcode is "01084356503103771719102810AOF1901093".

If I put this data in the online generator (https://barcode.tec-it.com/en/GS1DataMa ... AOF1901093), the result is:
Barcode OK.jpg
Barcode OK.jpg (38.15 KiB) Viewed 1832 times
The scanner app reads it as:
OnlineGeneratorReadResult.jpg
OnlineGeneratorReadResult.jpg (168.14 KiB) Viewed 1832 times
With this result, we can see the Datamatrix contains the information in one line and decodes it in three lines and with parentheses.

If I put data "01084356503103771719102810AOF1901093" with <FNC1> prefix (the same that online generator) in Stimulsoft Reports, the barcode generated is:
Barcode NO OK.JPG
Barcode NO OK.JPG (23.2 KiB) Viewed 1832 times
The scanner app reads it as:
StimulsoftReadResult.jpg
StimulsoftReadResult.jpg (145.96 KiB) Viewed 1832 times
Information is the same, but no is decoded in three lines like the online generator. Also, the datamatrix looks visually different.

This is for GS1 compatibility. In your online help (https://stimulsoft.com/documentation/en ... matrix.htm) is explained, but I'm not able to make it work.

Thanks!
