How to add an icon on a dashboard table's column

Hi,
I have a Dashboard with a table, where I would like to add a first column with an "eye" icon, so when the user clicks on it, it opens a new tab.
Is there anyway to use one of the icons that can be found in other sections (such as when adding a image component), and that when clicking on it it can open another dashboard page?
