Condition on table

Hallo,
i need to use an expression on the condition in a table using another field of the table.
For the table see attach 1 e 2
The condition i need is in attach 3.

I've asked for this feature in the past as well. It would be super handy, most of the time you want to compare to a variable not a constant.
Can this be put on the feature request list?
