Does Blazor work with pre-compiled reports in an assembly?

I'm getting this error.

System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: System.Drawing.Image Stimulsoft.Report.StiVariableLoader.GetImage(Stimulsoft.Report.StiReport,string)

I think the issue was just creating the source file on a version/framework not matching.
