Custom Dialog

I have added a custom button that streamlines the Send Email process. When the button is clicked it opens a MUI Dialog box. This works fine in desktop mode but doesn't work in Mobile mode.
This there a way I can have my custom button open Email Options dialog box, or a completely custom dialog?
