can anyone assist me on the bellow issue I faced.

Everything is working fine, but the time I am adding filter on any of the elements it will stuck on loading forever. when I do the element inspect it shows the bellow
3:109 POST ...index.php/reporting/stimulsoft/handler/module/dashboard 500

Please see the attached report, there is two indicators. the time that I want to add filter to them the dashboard stuck and it's just loading forever.
When I click on filter it's fine but the time I drag and drop the filter it cause the issue.
