Why is creating a new data source is taking too long?
How can I resolve this?

I have waited for an hour but it is still creating.

What product and version are you use? What data source type do you try to add? How do you run the designer? etc

version 2014.3.0.
I just open the designer and add the datasource. Running the report by just pressing the Preview.
