Issue with Cross Tab

Hi,
I am testing stimulsoft JS (2023.3.2) and I'm struggling with Cross Tab reports.
Please check this report, there are several issues
- The header column only appreas on first page
- The row description is ok on the first page but got duplicated as from second page

Under the cross-tab, I've a summary data band, but for some reason it is not displayed
Please find attached the report template.
