Could not find license.key file

Hello,
I develop a windows application by C# that use StiViewerControl to show StiReport.
after publish and user install it on his computer, when user run app to show report then throw below exception:

Could not find file 'C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Stimulsoft\license.key'
