is there any function in report designer to display half of selected month?
ex.

February 2023 = 2/1/2023 - 2/15/2023 or February 1 to 15 2023 and 2/16/2023 - 2/28/2023 or February 16 to 28 2023
October = 10/1/2023 - 10/15/2023 or October 1 to 15 2023 and 10/16/2023 - 10/31/2023 or October 16 to 31 2023
