Page Numbering with Footer section set to print at bottom of page

Hi

I have a Footer set to print at Bottom of Page. In it I set to New Page After and also Reset Page Number. All seems OK but then I notice for one record where the details printed forces the Footer to be printed on the next page. The page numbering of the main section shows Page 2 of 2. The Footer that was forced to the next page shows Page 1 of 1.

what is the correct way to handle this?
