{SumTime()} function how to use it?

Good afternoon;
I have doubts about how to use this function, even though the column informs the result and it is always 0.
Can anybody help me ?

Hello,
A function returns the sum of all the values in the specified column or expression.
Parameters
expression - An expression on what to perform the aggregation.
Return Value
A TimeSpan value.

Good morning;
Thank you in advance for your response, but I've already been using it as per the image posted, but even so the value continues to be zero.
I am using sql oracle the data type and a string converted to TIMESTAMP.
Do you know what I can adjust?

My version 2019.2.2 report designer, the same and incorporated into my ERP.
