How to Print with Custom Paper Size Without Changing the Default Paper Size?

I have a report with a custom paper size (21cm x 13.8cm). I have set this paper size in the printer settings via Printer Preferences > Document Size > Input Paper Size, and then clicked OK.

The problem I encounter is that when I make this adjustment, the default paper size in the printer always changes to the custom size I input. This causes issues when I want to print other documents with standard paper sizes, such as A4, because the paper size I previously set does not match what I expect.

How can I print a document with a custom paper size without changing the default paper size in the printer settings? Is there a solution to set this custom paper size directly from the application or software I use to create the report, so that I don't need to change the printer's default settings?

Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible in the web due to browser security limitations.

Thank you.

To print with a custom paper size without changing the printer's default settings, set the custom size directly from your document application (e.g., Word, PDF viewer) in Print > Printer Properties or Page Setup before printing. This way, the custom size will apply only to that print job, and the printer’s default settings for other documents will remain unchanged.
