Minus Sign Not Displayed on Needle Printer

Hello!
Recently, our team discovered that printing minus sign might disappear when printing over needle printer. This only appears on our needle printer, only with the web version, and only with the "print" button. If we use another printer, or use the C# version, or try to print with pdf, everything prints correctly.
This is a very strange situation. We quadruple checked that this was not due to printer malfunction. This printer prints correctly on all other softwares, including the C# version of stimulsoft report. We also tried converting the data to String and print only minus sign, it still might disappear.
Attached are some of the images we experimented and our printer/software info. Printer driver is insalled.
