Axis labels inconsistency

Hello,
we have found a problem with charts bars values and their corresponding y-axis labels when the values are rounded to 0 decimal places.
I have prepared simple demo.
In Properties -> Value Format both charts have Number format and Decimal Digits set to 0. The second one has "Use Abbreviation" checked as well. The first bar has value 3.5. In the bubble over the bar the value is correctly rounded to 4 in both charts.
However in the chart where abbreviation is used the corresponding y-axis label is 3.5 (should be 4?).
In the other chart where abbreviation is not used the y-axis label is 4 but there are 2x4s, 2x3s, 2x2s on the axis (should be only 1, 2, 3, 4 ... without duplicates?).
In general there probably shouldn't be decimal numbers on y-axis when working with 0 decimal digits.
Thank you.
