Missing character in the PDF export

When we use the character ❄ in a text field and export the report to PDF we end up with an empty box. Can this be fixed?

Hello,
Please try to use a font file that contains this symbol ❄.
Not all fonts contain special characters.

Thank you for your answer. This character is part of the Arial font and displays fine in the reports. Just not in the PDF.

Hello,
This particular snowflake is not available in Arial; it is drawn from another font, for example, it can be taken from SegoeUI.
Therefore, it is not available in PDF when exported.
If you are using Net/Wpf, you can try enabling TextQuality=Wysiwyg and everything will be fine; the substitution will work.
