Variable preload options even Dependent Column apply

Please refer to the attachment img1, it showing the variable properties.

We have specify the Dependent Column depends on another variable. But when preview the output. The variable is pre-selected all the items in the dropdown list before i selected the value for the dependent column.
Please refer img 2 for the issue.

Furthermore, with dependent column specified, the view shouldn't initially load all the dropdown options for all filter variables
