[.NET Core] Incorrect text height calculation with StiText inside DataBand (WordWrap / CanGrow, PDF & Print)

Hello Stimulsoft Team,
I would like to report an issue related to text height calculation when using StiText inside DataBand in Stimulsoft .NET Core / .NET 6+.
This issue does not occur in .NET Framework with the same report definition.
Environment
Platform: .NET Core / .NET 6+
Stimulsoft version: 25.1.4
Export type: PDF / Print
OS: Windows, Linux, Docker
Components:
StiDataBand
StiText
Text properties:
- WordWrap = true
- CanGrow = true
- GrowToHeight = true
Problem description
When rendering multi-line text inside a DataBand, the calculated height of StiText is sometimes smaller than the actual rendered text height.
Question
Is this a known issue in Stimulsoft .NET Core?
Is there any recommended workaround for accurate text height calculation?
Are there any plans to improve text measurement for StiText inside DataBand in .NET Core (especially for PDF / Print)?
