Error when publish

When I publish a report I get the error shown in the image. It happens everytime on old reports and new sample reports. How do I resolved the issue?

What version of the designer are you using? What option do you set in Publish?

I am using Reports.Web current version 2026.3.1
FYI: When I use a previous version it does not happen.
Here is the image of a publish setup that fails when I click Save Project Package.
