Text editor button not working

I have just downloaded the latest version of Stimulsoft reports. I'm using it with Visual Basic 2005 express edition. The problem I am having is at runtime, clicking the text editor button (f3) is not allowing me to add text to the a report. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have a solution for this?

You must set the property "Editable" of the text or rich text components to True.
