Containers problem

Hi,
I've built a report with containers and Databands, but when I try to put a Databand out of a container, it gets relocated under the container.

How can avoid this? I need to use databands outside containers and be able to choose their position them(designtime).

Another problem I encounter is that I need during runtime in case of:
set container.Enabled = false;
all other containers to be moved up and fill in the blank space freed by the disabled container. Can anyone offer any solution?
