I managed to create a stack trace (with remote desktop, funnilly). If you still meed a screen cast, let me know.

We couldn't reproduce this bug.
But we made some improvements in that direction. Please check the next prerelease build on this week.

I have send it as email.
One thing I discovered:
I installed StimulSoft on a VirtualBox running WinXP and had no problem.
One difference is that the crashing version has "Custom" as PaperSize ad startup - don't know if this matters

Hello
I tried the latest version and there was no change.
Then I asked Dr. google and found that this problem is caused if you use an aero theme on windows 7. If you switch to a high contrast theme, the error disappears.

now it works. But now I have the problem, that with aero design the report's title is no longer visible in the title. see screen shots.
The first is aero design, the second classic design.
