Designer crashes When opening paper size drop-down

Hello
the designer GUI crashes, when I try to open the "paper size" dropdown.
See screenshot
I am using Win7 64 bit (german)

I am sorry, but the error dialog is inactive, I can press no button and have to kill the designer by the task-manager.
