Outstanding support

Hi:
I would like to share my experience with others: as this is, indeed, a rare occurance!
Just over 10 days ago I was preparing to go on vacation, when I hit a problem with one of my reports. It was Friday afternoon 19:00 Central European Time, and my problem was a show stopper.
Apparently, there was a bug in version 2008.1 that I had built some code around, and in version 2008.2 the bug had been fixes and 'broke' my code. I contacted support in the hope that someone might be able to help me: but late on Friday afternoon, nah, surely no one would still be around...
To my surprise, I got an answer within 5 minutes. After a brief exchange of emails the problem was resolved: no downloads needed just changing a property from False to True.
This standard of support is not seen in very many software vendors, so thanks StimulSoft and especially Edward and Vital that solved my problem before my vacation!
