Hi:

I would like to share my experience with others: as this is, indeed, a rare occurance!

Just over 10 days ago I was preparing to go on vacation, when I hit a problem with one of my reports. It was Friday afternoon 19:00 Central European Time, and my problem was a show stopper.

Apparently, there was a bug in version 2008.1 that I had built some code around, and in version 2008.2 the bug had been fixes and 'broke' my code. I contacted support in the hope that someone might be able to help me: but late on Friday afternoon, nah, surely no one would still be around...

To my surprise, I got an answer within 5 minutes. After a brief exchange of emails the problem was resolved: no downloads needed just changing a property from False to True.

This standard of support is not seen in very many software vendors, so thanks StimulSoft and especially Edward and Vital that solved my problem before my vacation!

I'd like to second that. I've had several, all minor I hasten to add, issues and made a couple of suggestions for new features and I've found Stimulsoft staff nothing but keen and eager and efficient. Well done to all of you!

Thank you very much for your words. Our aim is to develop as much powerful and easy to use reporting tool as possible. Each new feature or property requires analysis from the side of the developers and from end-users of our products as well. We have proven feedback of you - our customers. Using your advices which are always based on your experience in the development of real daily-used by end-users applications, we are able to implement features which are really required by other developers and end-users.
We appreciate your feedback with bugs, advices, praise :) , and just questions because each product has its weak and strong sides, but information we are receiving helps us to be 'one step ahead' in customer's requirements.
