I got this table as one of my datasources:

The third column represents the name of the month, as you can see there are 3 records for each month, what i'm triying to do is making each one of these three records one line series in the chart, but i can't find the way, i'd like to set a condition on each series that filter the 4th and 5th column from the table, is it possible to do this? How?
