GROUP PROPERTY: Having more than one group property to an element

Is it possible to have more than one group property for an element (Group Property groups different elements together that should be affected by a filter)?

For example, I have 2 filters(Combo box) on my dashboard. I want 1 of the filters to affect every chart and element on my dashboard when filtered and the other filter should affect just 3 charts on my dashboard and the rest of my charts should remain unchanged when the second filter is used.

How can I go about this?
