Month Calculation Function in Header not displaying months in Custom Report

Hi All,
We are using Custom Report and in the header we are using a function which calculates month from the date. It is working fine in our old Siliveright Reports but in the latest Report.Js reports it is not displaying the months.

This is displaying perfectly find in the Silverlight Reports as shown in the below image.

But with the latest report.js the months are not getting displayed as shown in the below image.

Here is the required json from which you can create the report at your end and check.

Grouping By Year And Month_prev.json - this is the rendered report - mdc file
Grouping By Year And Month_Designer.json - this is the report template - mrt file
none of them contain data.
