issues with a font

Hello,

A customer is requiring to use a special font "HvDTrial_NiveauGroteskMedium".
In the preview, this will look alright.
Occasionally, I need to adjust the place where the text fields need to start, but so far, so good.
If I go to print and use PDF or a regular printer on paper, I get problems with that font.
Special characters like :, - or $ turn into X.


Is this a PDF issue, or is there a solution on Stimulsoft?

Yes I did.
I added it as a new ressource.

Could you please clarify if you have embedded a font file when exporting the report to PDF?
If yes, please send us a sample report with the font used and the exported PDF file for analysis.

I apologize. I am not a developer, I am just a user creating files with Stimulsoft, so I do not understand what you are asking.
