NET 2.0 Service Pack 1 causes report writer unhandled exception

There isn't a download link for a Feb 25th build. Did the build get postponed?

Build from 25 Feb will be available in one hour on our website, but we don't include patch for problem with activex to it. We will send you email 26 Feb with patch.
