Unfortunately, we do not have samples how to do this. We know that this is a problem. One of our users loaded HTML text to MSWord using OLE binding. Then he saved HTML as RichText, and then printed this text. Unfortunately, we do not have a sample of this workaround.

Conversion from HTML to RTF can be done easier than with MSWord (direct HTML-to-RTF converters are available).
But RTF is not acceptable as presenter for HTML, because it lacks of many basic features, like (in my example in this topic) right-aligned image with surrounding text.
