Hide Tools etc

Consider this a problem at my end. Turned out to be two things, the script at fault and the StiReport not being rendered.

We have checked your report with the 2012.2.1400 version of our assemblies.
There is a parameters panel.
Maybe you should press the Button marked on the attached image.
